Frontline Sales Officer

Job Description

Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic and customer-oriented Frontline Sales Officer to drive sales through direct interactions with clients. This role involves promoting products or services, meeting sales goals, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with potential customers through field visits and local outreach
• Present and recommend suitable products/services based on customer requirements
• Generate new leads via cold calls, referrals, and market visits
• Consistently meet assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks
• Provide excellent customer support and product demonstrations
• Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
• Stay informed about competitors and local market trends
• Report daily progress and field updates to the reporting manager

Requirements:

• Prior experience in direct/field sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, with the ability to meet goals independently
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate from any stream
• Willing to travel regularly within the assigned area
