Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Frontline Sales Manager to directly manage field sales activities, generate leads, and help the company grow revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits
- Promote and sell products/services to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Guide and support on-ground sales executives or agents (if any)
- Follow up with leads, conduct meetings, and close deals
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales activity report.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
