Job Summary:
The Frontline Sales Officer-Insurance has a critical role in driving revenue and customer acquisition in the organization. This role involves direct customer interaction, field sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, and leads.
- Explain and promote relevant insurance, and financial products.
- Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent post-sales service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in field sales.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
