Sales & Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing  sales and marketing strategies, managing sales teams, building brand awareness, and driving revenue growth.

Must:

• Must have own bike.
• 2+Year sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and marketing targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales personnel.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and forecast future sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
