Job Description

A Group Sales Manager is responsible for managing and leading a group or team of sales representatives or managing sales activities across multiple product lines, regions, or client segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales managers or reps across multiple accounts or regions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed group sales targets.
  • Oversee high-value accounts or enterprise-level clients.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
