Job Description

By bringing in new business and fostering relationships with current clients, a Growth Manager is in charge of increasing revenue.

Principal Duties:

  • locating and contacting possible customers via a variety of methods, including market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • keeping abreast of market developments, rival product offers, and consumer demands in order to properly position the company’s goods.
  • keeping thorough records of every sales and customer interactions, as well as informing management on market sentiment and sales performance.
  • achieving or surpassing predetermined sales targets, monitoring results, and guaranteeing steady sales growth.

Competencies & Requirements:

  • Effective time management is necessary to balance meetings, follow-ups, and prospecting.
