We’re on the hunt for a Growth Manager who lives and breathes numbers, strategy, and bold ideas. You’ll own the full growth funnel—driving user acquisition, activation, and retention. Think experiments, data, and rapid scaling.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and run growth experiments that move the needle.
- Analyze data to find what works—and do more of it.
- Work with marketing, product, and sales to drive user growth.
- Optimize funnels, campaigns, and customer journeys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
