Role Overview:
We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our agency network. This role will focus on recruiting, training, and supporting agents to enhance their sales performance and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new agents into the agency network
Provide training and mentorship to help agents meet targets
Set and monitor sales goals for agents
Evaluate agent performance and drive continuous improvement
Foster strong relationships with agents to ensure business success

Who Should Apply:

Graduate in any field (must)
At least 2 years of experience in sales or managing an agency network
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with local travel
Experience in the insurance sector is preferred
