Job Summary:
The Head of Insurance Sales is responsible for formulating and executing the overall sales strategy to drive business growth across all insurance channels and products. This leadership role involves managing large, multi-tiered sales teams, expanding distribution networks, optimizing channel performance, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national/regional sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals.
- Lead annual planning and forecasting processes across all insurance lines
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to refine strategy.
- Oversee performance across all channels: agency, bancassurance, corporate, direct, digital, and partnerships.
- Drive new channel development and geographical expansion to boost market penetration.
- Optimize channel productivity and profitability through partner engagement and incentive models.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
