Job Description
The Head of Sales is responsible for driving the company’s revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and report results to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field .
- 1+ years of sales experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Candidates Requirements :
Graduation is mandatory
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
