Hiring Agency Development Manager – BFSI
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Agency Development Manager to join our team. Your role will be to recruit, train, and manage a team of agents who sell life insurance policies. You’ll help them succeed and grow, while also achieving your own sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit agents and build a strong sales team
- Train and guide agents on products and sales strategies
- Motivate agents to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build strong relationships with agents and clients
- Ensure smooth operations and help agents with their queries
- Track and monitor agent performance and progress
Who Can Apply:
- Any graduate (MBA is a plus)
- 1–5 years of sales experience (Insurance experience is a plus)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about sales and team development
- Willing to travel locally
