Job Summary:
We are hiring an Agency Development Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance advisors. The role focuses on building an effective agency team to drive insurance sales and achieve business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors
  • Train agents on insurance products and sales techniques
  • Drive business through advisors to meet targets
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure productivity
  • Submit daily reports and ensure compliance with company policies

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (Insurance/BFSI/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Target-driven and field-oriented
  • Local market knowledge is an advantage
