Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Life Insurance Agency Sales Manager to guide our team, formulate strategies, enhance revenue, and guarantee outstanding customer service and adherence to regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving objectives and enhancing revenue.
- Recruit, train, and manage an effective sales team.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to boost retention and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide senior management with regular performance updates.
Qualifications:
- Business, marketing, or a similar discipline at the bachelor’s degree level (MBA is a plus).
- More than 2 years of sales experience, including 6 months of management experience in the insurance industry.
- strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Salary up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Bike and Driving licence mandatory
