Job Description
We are looking for a results-oriented Life Insurance Sales Manager to guide our team, formulate strategies, enhance revenue, and ensure outstanding customer service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and boost revenue.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular performance updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Over 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management role within the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Salary up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- A bike and a valid driving license are required.
