Job Description

We are hiring energetic and confident individuals to work as Business Development Managers. Your main role is to hire, train, and support insurance agents, and help them sell life insurance policies. You will also work on growing business and achieving monthly targets.

• Hire and train life insurance agents
• Guide agents to sell insurance plans
• Motivate agents to achieve their sales goals
• Help customers choose the right life insurance plan
• Achieve monthly sales and team performance targets
• Build strong relationships with agents and clients

• Graduate in any field
• 1–5 years of experience in sales (Insurance, BFSI, or field sales preferred)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to travel locally
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
