Hiring Channel Sales Manager / Finance
Job Description
We are in search of a driven Life Insurance Channel Sales Manager to lead our team, formulate strategies, increase revenue, and guarantee excellent customer service and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales plans to meet objectives and boost income.
- Recruit, train, and manage a successful sales team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Keep up with market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- More than 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management position in the insurance industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Salary up to 4 LPA + incentives + benefits.
- A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory.
