Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage and recruit an open market team.
- Track and assess team performance regularly.
- Support the team in meeting and exceeding their sales goals.
- Execute sales initiatives to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to boost agency effectiveness.
- Plan and conduct training programs and skill-building workshops.
- Recognize performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Criteria::
- Minimum 2+ years in Any field sales and Distribution sales
- Graduation must be compulsory
- Local from the Bangalore for last 3+ years
- must be knowledgeable about team handling and field sales
