Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and driven Hiring Field Sales Executive to work with pre-qualified leads, educate clients on insurance options, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert company-generated leads.
• Clearly explain policy features and advantages.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Customize insurance plans based on client budgets.
• Maintain daily client follow-ups and schedule meetings.
• Create engaging presentations and close sales effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory).
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
• 3+ years of experience in the local or residential area preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
