Job Description: 
An Field Sales Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of agents, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent service.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for the agency.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns.
  • Oversee marketing efforts and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and give feedback.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Must completed Graduation compulsory.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
