Hiring Field Sales Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to increase life insurance sales through field operations and team cultivation. This role includes recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Roles and responsibilities ::

• Identify, recruit, and mentor insurance agents.
• Drive business development by accomplishing monthly and annual sales targets.
• Offer product knowledge and sales training to agents to boost their productivity.
• Encourage and support agents to enhance their performance and broaden their customer base.
• Connect with potential clients through direct and referral-based sales techniques.
• Foster strong relationships with agents and customers to ensure sustained success.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a managerial role within the insurance industry.
• Demonstrated analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Salary up to 4 LPA, along with incentives and benefits.
• A motorcycle and a valid driver’s license are required.
