Hiring Financial Planning Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Planning Manager to boost life insurance sales via field operations and team building. This role entails recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of agents to reach sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.

Roles and responsibilities ::

• Locate, onboard, and mentor insurance agents.
• Promote business growth by reaching monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Equip agents with product knowledge and sales training to increase their productivity.
• Inspire and support agents to elevate their performance and widen their customer reach.
• Engage potential clients through direct sales and referral methods.
• Sustain strong connections with agents and customers to ensure enduring success.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area (MBA preferred).
• At least 2 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 6 months in a management capacity within the insurance field.
• Strong skills in analysis, communication, and leadership.
• Salary potential of up to 4 LPA, plus incentives and benefits.
• A motorcycle and a valid driving license are required.
