Job Summary

We are hiring for the Agency Channel in the BFSI sector. This role involves recruiting and managing agents/advisors to generate business for life insurance and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
Train and support agents to meet sales targets
Drive business through agent network
Monitor performance and provide field support
Build long-term client and agent relationships

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree mandatory)
1+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or BFSI
Good communication and leadership skills
Strong local network and market understanding
