CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the branch operations in the Agency Channel
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance professionals
Drive business targets through effective team management and strategic planning
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Candidate Profile:

Minimum 4 years of experience in team handling within the Life Insurance Agency Channel
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales teams
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities
Graduation is mandatory
