About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can manage and support our existing customers. Your job will involve keeping clients satisfied, handling their queries, and making sure they receive the help they need on time.
Responsibilities:
- Stay in regular contact with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Help resolve any customer complaints or service issues
- Support with documentation, renewals, and policy-related queries
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any stream
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or relationship management
- Knowledge of the insurance or BFSI sector is preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation handling
