Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage and nurture client relationships, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
Assist clients with product/service information and issue resolution
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs
Follow up on renewals, payments, and service requests
Support sales and cross-selling efforts
Requirements:
Graduate with 1–3 years of customer service or related experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
