Obligations:

Selecting, vetting, and onboarding new agents.
Creating action plans and conducting performance analyses.
Building a solid rapport with employees and customers.
Making certain that every employee manages their time well.
Following the rules, policies, and procedures of the agency and making sure employees follow them as well.
Investigating market and industry trends at the moment and using insights to enhance operations.
Candidates’ prerequisites:

Any stream for a bachelor’s degree
2 years of verified experience in mini-car sales and marketing
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and presenting abilities
Outstanding time-management and organizing abilities
Analytically brilliant and a strategic thinker
