Job Description

To assist us in expanding our company, we are looking for a competent and experienced Field Sales Manager. Also, you will serve as a liaison between our marketing and sales departments.

1. Recruitment, evaluation, and training of new agents are among the responsibilities.

2. Assessing performance and producing action plans.

3. Establishing trustworthy relationships with the group and the clients.

4. Making sure that everyone on the workforce effectively controls their time.

5. Ensuring staff adherence to agency guidelines, rules, and policies

Mandated Candidate :

– Must be graduation

– Min 2 years of skilled sales and marketing

– Age: 25 to 38 years

– C: 2.75 To 3.15 LPA + Incentive + Additional help
