We are seeking a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to join our growing BFSI team. The role involves field-level client acquisition, relationship management, and sales execution for financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market visits to identify and approach potential customers
• Promote and sell financial products like insurance, loans, or investment plans
• Maintain and grow relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide regular market feedback and generate quality leads
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth policy or product issuance

  Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory)
• 1+ years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI
• Local area knowledge preferred
