Role Summary:

We are hiring an Insurance Development Manager to strengthen our advisor network. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents while driving them toward achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and develop new insurance advisors
Provide regular sales training and support
Monitor agent performance and ensure sales targets are met

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation in any discipline (Mandatory)
Experience in sales or recruitment is an advantage
Strong communication and leadership skills
