CTC: ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or training

Job Role:

We are hiring a Sales Training Lead for our direct sales team in Nagpur. You will train and guide the sales team to improve lead conversion and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Train new and existing sales team members
Help the team improve sales using provided leads
Conduct field visits and give support during client meetings
Monitor performance and give feedback
Conduct short refresher sessions regularly

Requirements:

Graduation is a must
At least 1 year of experience in sales or training (insurance preferred)
Good communication skills
Willing to do field visits
Ready to join immediately
