Hiring for Insurance sales manager / BFSI

Job Description

We are seeking a driven Insurance sales manager to enhance life insurance sales through effective field operations and team development. This position requires the recruitment, training, and management of a team of agents to meet sales objectives while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Roles and responsibilities::

• Recognize, recruit, and guide insurance team.
• Foster business expansion by meeting both monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Deliver product expertise and sales training to agents to boost their efficiency.
• Encourage and assist agents in enhancing their performance and broadening their client base.
• Connect with prospective clients using direct sales and referral strategies.
• Cultivate robust relationships with agents and clients to secure lasting success.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline (MBA is a plus).
• More than 2 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a managerial position in the insurance industry.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Compensation of up to 4 LPA, along with incentives and benefits.
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license is necessary.
