Job Summary:
We are hiring a result-orientated sales manager to lead and grow a sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in insurance or financial services sales, with proven leadership skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive insurance product sales through direct or agency channels.
• Develop business strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years in sales (Insurance/BFSI/Team Handling preferred).
• Leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Goal-orientated with strong decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and team management.
