Job Summary:
We are hiring a result-orientated sales manager to lead a team of insurance advisors or sales executives. The role includes team recruitment, business development, and achieving sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents
  • Drive sales through team and personal efforts
  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets
  • Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to the team
  • Conduct joint field visits and sales presentations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals
  • Maintain reports of team performance and business growth

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 2–5 years in sales (insurance or BFSI preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales
  • Two-wheeler & willingness to travel (if applicable)
