Job Overview: 
As a Sales Manager, your main job is to help grow the business by creating and following a strong sales plan.

Key Responsibilities: 
Recruit Business Associates and advisors.
Arrange required training.
Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with advisors.
Set income and goals for the month.
Work with advisors in the field to get insurance policies.
Plan strategies to target the right agents.
Train and develop agents.

Candidate Requirements: 
Age: 22 to 37 years
Graduate in any field
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
Attractive personality and strong communication skills
Willing to take on challenges
Must have lived in the current location for at least 3 years
Excellent people skills
Friendly and good at building relationships
