Experience: 2+ Years in Sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a result-driven sales manager to lead sales activities, manage a team, and drive revenue growth through effective customer engagement and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales executives/agents
• Drive customer acquisition and product sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews
• Build strong customer and channel relationships
• Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field
• 2+ years of sales or team management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A background in insurance or BFSI is a plus
