We’re seeking a sharp, resourceful, and people-oriented Business Development Manager to lead a frontline sales team. This is a dual-role position—requiring both active business generation and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4–10 Sales Executives
- Set daily/weekly KPIs and ensure consistent performance tracking
- Drive new business through field visits, corporate tie-ups, and local campaigns
- Guide team members on objection handling, closing techniques, and territory planning
- Identify skill gaps and conduct regular field training sessions
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and high conversion rates
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity
- Prepare and present performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management
Who You Are:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a strong advantage)
- 2–6 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Results-driven with a passion for closing deals and building high-performing teams
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
