Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales. The role involves guiding a small team to meet targets and deliver a great customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 4–10 sales executives and support their daily work
- Set team goals and make sure everyone is on track to achieve them
- Guide team members on how to approach customers and close deals
- Give regular feedback to improve team performance
- Help with on-the-job training and support new joiners
- Share performance updates with managers and follow company guidelines
- Solve basic customer or team issues in a quick and simple way
- Work closely with other teams to support smooth sales operations
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales
- Education: Graduate in any stream (commerce or business preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to motivate team members and work under pressure
- Should be target-driven and good at handling field or tele-sales teams (as per role)
