Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team working on sales or service of financial products like insurance, loans, or investments
- Assign daily tasks and targets to team members and support them in achieving goals
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance
- Monitor team performance and report progress to higher management
- Ensure customers are handled professionally and that company processes are followed
- Resolve customer issues and assist in closing high-value deals when needed
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop new team members
- Stay updated with market trends and share relevant updates with the team
Candidate Profile:
- Graduation in any discipline; finance or management background preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in BFSI with at least 1 year of team handling experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of financial products and customer needs
- Should be target-driven and capable of working under pressure
