Job Description

We are hiring a Team Leader to meet customers in the field and sell our products. Your job is to grow sales by building trust and understanding customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit shops, offices, or homes to explain and sell products
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with local customers
• Give product information clearly and answer questions
• Take orders and follow up until delivery
• Keep records of visits, sales, and feedback
• Report to the area sales manager regularly
• Learn product details and update yourself as needed

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ year of sales experience, fieldwork preferred
• Good at talking to people and building trust
• Must be okay with daily travel in assigned area
• Able to work under targets and timelines
• Minimum Graduate preferred
