Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and team management techniques
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and sales meetings
- Monitor team KPIs and report progress to senior management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and assist in closing high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to align efforts and improve customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of proven experience in sales
- Prior team-leading or supervisory experience is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Local knowledge of the market and customer base is preferred
