Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives
Monitor daily calling activity, lead conversion, and target achievement

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 2+ years of inside sales or telesales experience (BFSI)
Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
