Job Description
We are on the lookout for a results-oriented Life Insurance Sales Development Specialist to guide our team, formulate strategies, boost revenue, and guarantee outstanding customer service and adherence to regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and enhance income.
- Recruiting, training, and managing a successful sales team.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Staying updated on market trends and adjusting plans as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and providing senior management with regular performance updates.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (an MBA is an advantage).
- Over 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a management role within the insurance sector.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Salary up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- A bike and driving license are required.
