Hiring: Sales Manager – Leading Bank

Role Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of field executives and drive sales of banking products such as CASA, Loans, Insurance, and Investment Services. This is a leadership role with a focus on business growth, team performance, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Sales Officers to achieve branch/regional targets
Drive sales of CASA, personal loans, credit cards, insurance & third-party products
Plan and execute local marketing activities & campaigns
Ensure compliance with all regulatory & internal policies
Coordinate with operations and product teams for seamless service

Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
0–2 years of experience in sales, with 1–2 years in a team leadership role (Banking/NBFC preferred)
Strong sales, leadership & team management skills
Knowledge of local market & customer base
Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
