Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with 2+ years of field sales experience to discover new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and lead a team of sales agents
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Train agents on products and sales techniques
  • Support agents to improve performance and reach more customers
  • Find new clients through direct outreach and referrals
  • Build strong relationships with both agents and clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in business/marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with at least 6 months in a leadership role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Salary up to ₹4 LPA + incentives
  • Must own a bike and have a valid driving license
