Job Description
We seek a motivated and energetic Sales Proffationals to enhance business growth through direct sales and to establish a high-performing team from the open market. This position entails generating leads, acquiring clients, and recruiting agents or partners to facilitate business expansion.
Roles and Responsibilities::
- Cultivate leads and secure customers by conducting field visits and performing market analysis.
- Recruit, onboard, and oversee sales agents or team members sourced from the open market.
- Provide training and motivation to the recruited team to meet sales objectives.
- Foster robust relationships with clients while ensuring high-quality business practices.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for sales and recruitment.
Candidate profile ::
- A graduate or an individual who has completed 12th grade, possessing substantial experience in field sales.
- Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of pertinent experience in direct sales, field sales, or channel development.
- The ideal candidate is self-driven and exhibits excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.
