Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hiring Team Leader to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and manage a team of recruiters. The role focuses on meeting hiring targets, improving recruitment efficiency, and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
- Plan and execute end-to-end hiring for multiple requirements
- Allocate positions to team members and monitor daily progress
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and social media
- Conduct initial screening and ensure quality shortlisting
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment, with team handling exposure
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Salary up to 4.00 LPA
