Job Description
Brief of JD-
We are looking for a competitive Territory Sales Manager to develop new sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
Role & responsibilities:
- End to end sales (Lead generation, Cold Calling, Scheduling Appointments, Insurance products and closing of the deal)
- Should be comfortable going on field and traveling at the assigned area allocate.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years in Any field sales
- Graduation must be compulsory
- Local from the Aurangabad – Kranti Chowk for last 2+ years
- must be knowledgeable about team handling and field sales
