Job Description

A Lead Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the process of generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads to support business growth and sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of lead development representatives or executives.
  • Establish and enforce processes for qualifying leads based on criteria like need, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on lead development activities.
  • Streamline communication between teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in lead handling.
  • Build relationships with prospective customers to gain insights into their needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years in Field sales, sales development, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
