Roles and Responsibilities:

- You must train and motivate them if you want to improve sales.
- To grow your business, you must plan sales visits.
- To increase sales, train your team members.
- scheduling meetings on a weekly and monthly basis to talk about ways to achieve the goal
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- any grad student who has great communication skills and market awareness
- must have at least two years of sales and marketing experience
- the ability to guide and instruct the sales team
- a candidate from the area who has a large local network
