We need a Senior Sales Officer/Manager who can guide a team, visit the field, and help increase our sales in your area.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a team of field sales representatives
- Visit stores, clients, and partners to boost sales
- Set clear targets for the team and ensure they meet them
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff
- Address customer queries and issues in the field
- Monitor daily sales progress and report back to management
- Ensure efficient coverage of all assigned areas
Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on fieldwork
- Graduation is mandatory here
- Experience in managing a small team is a plus
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with local market and customer base
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic reporting apps
- Ready for daily travel and outdoor work
